Since its a fan art i didn't give much for vision and originality, however your technique is very good as well as the impact. It was very eye-catching.
So i'll start with the bad then go to good.

You need to work a bit on your anatomy, I'm not saying you anatomy here is bad, in fact i'ts very good I only see one mistake. It took me a while to figure out what was off about it. What you did was the back of the ribs (the rib-cage is in the back as well as the front) Is actually shorter than your ribs in the front. If your going by a human female anatomy (which i'm assuming you are) the rib cage stops a little below her chest. Here (in your picture) you have the back of her ribs ending on the center line of her chest. the part where the curve turns into a line down (still talking about her back) should have been brought a bit lower then where her chest ends.

Now for the good, I have a really hard time with faces. the hardest part being the nose and her face looks absolutely beautiful its very good. Her proportions are correct (except for the part i took forever to explain) I love the illusion of texture for her clothes some people mess up on that ad it end up looking a lot like the skin.

Anyway i really like this picture and you did a very good job on it <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" title=":D (Big Grin)"/>
